About

The Elephaid Foundations is an non-profit organization who mission is to protect the declining elephant population due to human activities.

Problem

Elephaid launched their mobile application to gain support from their audience. However, through the application have seen a decline of donations. Upon research, the decline resulted from functionality issues on the application.

Needs

Elephaid Foundation has found issed through user research that theirdonation page had negative impact for their audience. The donation page hadsome functionality issues which caused a decrease in donation. With adjustingthe structure of the application, there is a dedicated volunteer page anddonation page. In the support page, there are “call to action” button for theuser to pick to volunteer or donate to Elephaid.

Elephaid Revised

The redesigned application solve the functionality issues, by adjusting the contrast of the application. Some of the font were had to see, and rendering the application eligible. The forms are accessible for the donations and volunteers. When submitting the form, there is a confirmation page to show that the application has been submitted successfully.

New Features

Search Bar

Search option was not functional in the original prototype. The search bar has been redesigned to show/hide on the home screen.

Confirmation Payment

Users are shown a confirmation screen when donating and brought back to the main screen.

Confirmation Submission

Users are shown a confirmation screen for contact page and brought back to the main screen.
